The article discusses the effects of hydro-meteorological conditions (HMC) over the Procedure of weapons and army machines (WME) along with the coaching and conduct of battle functions by troops considering the requirements of existing NATO regulatory paperwork and requirements. The structure of the battlefield Handle process (BMC) is proposed, whi
